Shipping Policies
DOMESTIC shipping: All slings will be shipped via Standard Shipping by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We charge a flat rate of $7.95 for the 1st baby carrier and all additional slings, ordered at the same time, will be shipped with NO additional charge. This is for all domestic orders, which includes Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
We offer USPS Expedited shipping, which delivers the next day in most areas, for a flat fee of $18 for single sling / pouch / wrap orders and an extra $3 for each additional sling / pouch / wrap.
INTERNATIONAL shipping: We will use USPS First Class International Mail at a flat rate of $10 for Canada, Mexico and South America. All other countries will use USPS First Class International Mail at a flat rate of $15.

Return Policy
You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning your shipment. Any returns that do not have a RA (Return Authorization #) will not be accepted. Returns must be requested within 21 days of purchase date.
- Store credit will be issued for all returns.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns of 2 or more items will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
- A full refund will only be given in the case of a manufacturer defect or our error. Please see the Damaged Goods Policy.
Please call us to discuss any issue you may be having, be it sizing, needing help with how to use the sling or how to put the baby in the sling.
We are here to make sure that you are able to use your sling successfully and joyfully!
We will process an exchange for any sizing issues within 14 days, unless you are pregnant at time of ordering.
Please inform us in the case that you are pregnant at the time of ordering, so that we can make special instructions to allow for sizing issues past 14 days. If you do not alert us to the fact you are pregnant at the time of ordering, we will not be able to accept exchanges for sizing issues past 14 days.
All exchanges must be returned in their original packaging, un-washed and un-used, in saleable condition. Any sling, pouch or wrap that is smelling of smoke, stained or dusty will not be accepted for exchange.
Backorder Policy
If an item is on backorder, we will advise you of that fact within 3 business days and give you the option of waiting, choosing a different sling at the same cost, revising your order, or getting a full refund.
When you choose to wait for a backorder to come in, we will give you an estimated arrival date and will follow up with you when that due date arrives or when the product comes in, whichever comes first.
Damaged Goods Policy
We will accept returns for any manufacturer's defect. Any sling, pouch or wrap that has a manufacturer's defect will be exchanged for the same item, shipping will be paid by BabyCarrierPro.com.
If you do not want a replacement we will gladly give you a full refund, less shipping, when requested.
The sling, pouch or wrap must have original packaging. We must be notified of any manufacturer's defect within 14 days of receipt. Please inspect your sling, pouch or wrap upon receipt so that you can contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
