Where do you ship and what are the charges?

We will ship our slings worldwide. All Domestic orders will be charged $7.95 for the first sling, any additional sling will be shipped for FREE, in the same order only.

Expedited shipping or international orders will incur additional fees. Please see our shipping page for details.

What is the weight limit or age limit?

The baby carriers are recommended for use up to 35lbs, which is the average weight of a 3yr old.

What size am I?

Different slings and pouches have different sizing. Please refer to the measurements listed for each different sling, pouch and wrap.

How do I choose a ring sling vs. a pouch vs. a wrap?

Please see my comparison chart. But in summary - the slings are easily adjustable for a snugger fit; the pouches are super convenient because you just pop the child in and you are good-to-go; the wraps are perfect for younger babies and the stretchy wraps grow with your child.

Is my baby going to be safe in a baby carrier?

Yes. When used correctly, the baby carriers are very safe. Common sense should definitely be followed along with some basic safety rules; A) Don't cook by a burner, stovetop, open flame, if you are carrying baby on the front, because the sling can catch on fire or the baby's legs could get burnt. B) Bend at your knees when you need to bend, while you are carrying your baby, and support the baby with 1 hand also. C) Make sure that the baby/toddler is secure in the wrap, pouch or sling, so that the material is under the arms and supporting the back. Imagine if the baby leaned backwards, the sling should be high up under the arms to fully support that and really not even allow the baby to lean very far back.

Why is a baby carrier recommended?

Dr. Sears has ”babywearing” as one of his 5 B's of Attachment Parenting. The reason babywearing is so great is because it fills the baby's strong need to be close to the caregiver (usually mom or dad, but even relatives or a daycare provider can use these baby carriers to their benefit), while also allowing the caregiver to have their hands free to do other things.
